How to do a _single_ background picture ?

When I create a background... using a frame that looks like a TV set
screen... it repeats over and over... like a quilt.

I just want one large picture of the TV Screen as a background... not
several of them.

I tried putting it in a table... but for a monitor set to High-Res it looks
one way... for a monitor set to Medium Res it looks another... and Low Res
looks still another way...

How can I make the background of a web page be just a single large picture
or image?

You have to insert it as a cell background, and the cell must be a few
pixels smaller than the image.
