How to divide Outlook calendar/contacts between 2+ user accounts?

When two or more user accounts are set up in Win XP, how do you separate the
accounts in Outlook so that when one user synchronizes his calendar or
contacts (with Pocket PC via ActiveSync) it doesn't overwrite other users'
calendar and contacts?
 
Set up Windows Logons and create a separate .pst file for each of the users
orofiles. Point Outlook to that person's .pst file.
