How to display smtp email address in Exchange eMail

Users are having multiple smtp email address within their Exchange 2003 email
account, they would like to a quick and easy way to know the smtp address
for the TO or CC box without right click an email -> properties and see the
mail headers

How to get Outlook to show the email address and not the name in TO, CC and
FROM fields?

There's no setting in Outlook to control that. It's controlled from Active
Directory.
