How to display printing time when I print my mssgs in outlook

Hi,
Could you advise me what I have to show the time whenever I print my outlook
mssgs? Also Is it possible to control which mssg were printed and when it
happend ?? Must use VBA??

Click on File/Print..., then on Page Setup (or similar). Then click on
Header/Footer. There are three textboxes for both the header and the footer
(for left, middle, right placed text). Set the cursor into one of it, then
click onto one of the buttons below with the date and/or time icon.

Of course, you can control whch message is being printed by selecting one
and then clicking on File/Print.
