Are you talking about a specific document or just your normal Word screen?
I am assuming you have an image sent to you in Word that you want to have as
your background, but it is hard to tell from your question. Can you be more
specific? Here are some instructions for normal imaging capturing:
1. An example of how to "capture" the image of a non-graphic image is to
press ALT-PRINTSCREEN (that's the ALT key and the PRINTSCREEN)
simultaneously. This captures the image into your computer's memory. Open
Microsoft Photo Editor (or some other graphics program), click the "Edit"
menu and select "Paste as new image". Click the "File" menu and save it as
a JPG. Remember which folder you saved it into. Close out of all programs
(or minimize them).
2. Right-click on your desktop (any open area), click "Properties". Click
the "Background" TAB then the "Browse" button. Go to the folder where you
saved your JPG and select it. Remember to click the dropdown and select
whether you want it "Tiled", "Centered", etc.
