How to display a background picture without croping?

I have a problem with the background picture. The botton part doesn't shows.

Please be more specific. what pixel width and height is the picture that you
want to use?

Thank you. The bottom part of the picture that I used as background doesn't
show 100%.

I just right click to go to page properties and use the background tab,
browse to my files and insert the picture that I would like to use as
background.

What pixels the picture has to have?

scroll down the page - it sounds like the image is bigger than the space to
display it in.
 
The height and width of the picture is measured in pixels eg 800 wide and
600 high would fit a screen resolution 800x600.

So....what size is your picture that you're asking about?
in Windows explorer, right click the picture and select "Properties" - this
should tell you the dimensions approximately.
 
No it would not.
An image 760x425 px would be a better fit. Do not forget to allow for
the scroll bar and menu and tool bars (and the toolbar setup will vary
from browser to browser, user to user.
