How to discover links to my website

In the Google search window, type:
link:[your URL]
without the brackets.

Search for your domain name from the Google home page. You'll be given
options like below. Choose the 3rd one.

a.. Show Google's cache of www.officearticles.com
a.. Find web pages that are similar to www.officearticles.com
a.. Find web pages that link to www.officearticles.com
a.. Find web pages from the site www.officearticles.com
a.. Find web pages that contain the term www.officearticles.com

If I enter www.samplingplans.com google gives me those options.
However the web that I am interested in is
www.speakoutnorthstpaul.forumsplace.com Why doesn't google give me
those options for that website?

That's a subweb, not a domain. Sorry. I don't think it'll work. Forums are
nothing to host. If you want to track your stats, you might want to consider
buying a domain and hosting the forum yourself.
