Hi,
I have a Windows 2000 server SP3 / XP Pro SP1 clients network
Some users change date and time in their computers to cover some
delays in a time tracking databases.
I would like to implement a GPO that make it impossibleat all to make
changes in date and time. Of course, the network is synchrinsed every
several minutes, but the time interval between this synchronizing is
about 10 minutes and the users can do anything they wnat with the time
in between this 10 mintues. Therefore, I need to stop this changes at
all times (even in 30 seconds, the user can change the date and enter
data in the datasabe...).
I have not found any explicit mention to any policy or command in the
default policy that can prohibit manual time and date modifications.
¿Can anyone tell me if there is such an option, or how to implement
the policy to avoid date and time changes in client XP machines in a
Windows 2000 network?
Thank you and happy Christmas,
Carlos
