How to Disable startup of Help&SupportCenter

When I start Windows XP at Home, the --Help and Support Center-- starts
automatically. How do I disable this from happening.

I have a similar problem, the help and support opens constantly and
completely uselessly whenever I operate certain programs, on vista, when I
follow those instructions I find no help and support to turn to manual. What
do I do?
