how to disable sip word completion?

How is it possible to disable sip's word completion in c# (or vb.net, I
don't care!)?
I found this http://www.pocketpcdn.com/articles/wordcompletion.html that
shows a way, but I have no clue on how to send those flags to an InputPanel
control...

Any ideas?
