how to disable scandisk after badshutdown in winXP ?

If you are not comfortable in doing this,don't and let
someone who is do it.
Start
run>
type in regedit OK
Click the plus signs untill you get the following.

Hkey_Local_Machine\System\current control
set\control\session manager

In the boot executive key,if there are no scans scheduled
it will read autocheck autocheck* If scans are
scheduled it will read other items.Delete other items
untill it reads autocheck autocheck*.
