Dear All,
Greatfull is someone could assist me of on how I can disable Preview
Pane
for our Outlook 2002 users.
We are currently working to deploy Outlook 2002 and I am looking
for an parameter that can permantly turn-off and lock the usage
of preview pane for the end users.
I can not find such settings in Group Policy nor MST file creation in
"Office XP resource Kit|Custom Installation Wizzard".
As I understand from Microsoft Knowledge base articles is that I can
start Outlook 2002 with the command line swicth /nopreview.
When running /nopreview parameter in Outlook 2002, the swicth
is only turnin-off preview pane for those folders that this is enabled
on. The parameter it-self dosen't work to disable this function in the
View menu from the end users. How can that be achived ?
Does there exist any kind of registry value that I can modify or
outlook files that I can modify to disable this feature ?
If /nopreview is the only alternative, how can I with regisrty force
outlook to run with /nopreview parameter everytime the end-users
starts Outlook ?
In-Advance Thanks a lot!
With Best Regards
