Please help me on how to disable Net Send command since

Wouldn't it be easier to just disable the Messenger service?

[Start]
Settings
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Services
Double-click Messenger Service
Under "Startup type:" select "Disabled"
Click [Stop]
Click [OK]

Then, so they cannot just enable it again;
create a group policy to restrict access to the "Services" or the entire Control Panel.

User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Control Panel
Disable Control Panel
Check Enabled
Click [OK]

Don't forget the easy way:
Discipline !
The messages, user names, machine names, etc are all
recorded and stored in the Event Log for evidence.
I worked part-time with a school teacher that...
-on the first offense: gave them a warning.
-on the second offense: sent a note home to the parents to
be signed "including a copy of the "net" messages sent".
-and on the third offense: kicked them out of the class.

I copied and printed quite a few Event Log messages for
him last year.
