Hello,

I would like to know if there is any way to disble my
mouse from turning on my PC when I have it on "Standy".
I'm using Windows XP Pro.

thanks in advance,

Eric

Hi, not sure about XP but you can try this:

Go to control panel and open the Mouse dialog box,
selecting the appropriate mouse. Click the Hardware tab
and then click "Properties", and then select the "power
Management tab. You should now uncheck the box "Allow
this device to bring the computer out of standby".

Hope this works.

WIth XP you can go to control panel, system, hardware, device manager.
Access the properties for your mouse.

Or... you might just try leaving your mouse on a piece of foam if
vibrations are disturbing it (go into standby via the keyboard)..
