How to disable Log Off option on shutdown menu

I want to disable the log off option that appears on the
shutdown menu. How can I do this?
 
Look in Group Policy [gpedit.msc] user configuration/administrative
templates/system/logon&logoff where you have the option to disable it. --- Steve
