All computers if I amke the configuration will connect to
the internet, so I want to disable this from the host

I'm sorry, but there's no way that the host computer can control
access by individual computers on the network.

You can configure a computer so that it doesn't have Internet access
but can still share files and printers on the network: assign it a
static IP address in the 192.168.0.x range that ICS uses, but don't
assign it a DNS server or Default Gateway address.

Hi,

You can try Browse Control and that will allow you to turn the net
on/off for individual computers and it DOES work. It will also allow
you to white list websites so that you can have your users denied any
access to the net but allow them on www.cnn.com if you like. check it
out at: http://www.browsecontrol.com

It is very cheap as well, so it is something for you to consider.
Hope you enjoy!
