How to disable IE from reading txt file?

As you know, when we drag and drop a text file to the IE,the IE will
open the file.
May I know how can I disable this IE function?

Dear Tom,
To do that go to IE Tools >> Security Tab click on Custom Level button
there scroll down to this Radio Button and uncheck it:

[e] Drag and drop or copy and paste files
(*) Disable check disable
( ) Enable
( ) Prompt

Click OK to confirm your chnages and close the IE Properties window.

thanks for your reply first.
After I follow the setting, it still don't work. when i drop a text
file to the ie , it still show up all the text.....
I have set it for internet, intranet, trusted and untrusted....
May i know is there any other method like setting in the registry?
