How to disable email integration in outlook 2003

In Microsoft Outlook 2000 you were able to totally disable email integration in outlook. I use Novell Groupwise, and would like to handle my email outside of outlook, but I LOVE the calandaring features of outlook, so I traditionally would turn off email integraion. I can find an option to disable email in Outlook 2003
 
You can do this by going to Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
