How to Disable Content Advisor?

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and cannot browse the
internet because I get a message that states "Content
Advisor put in your administration password" I have no
ideal where this came from and I have no password to input
from the day I bought this computer how can I disable this
and or get around it?
