How to disable and erase stored auto completed information

Does anyone know how to disable the feature that stores
information that is typed into a a web form? For example
if I fill in my name or email or other question this
information is somehow stored within IE 6. this can
include credit card numbers etc. I want to disbale this
feature and delete all the data which is stored.

In IE, select Tools->Internet Options. Select the "Content" tab, then click
the "Autocomplete..." button.
