Unlike on my desktop computer I am using on my Notebook a HDSPA modem to connect to Internet.
Unfortunately I always have to do this manually by selecting menu
Start->Settings->Network-Connections
and finally the actual Provider entry (snapshot see here:

How can I tell WinXP to dialup AUTOMATICALLY this Provider if no other connection (e.g. WLAN/LAN)
is currently available?
I don't want to click a lot of menus and dialog boxes. If I type in the browser e.g.an URL
www.google.com and my computer is not connected via other network connections then this modem
dialup should automatically occur.
Furthermore I would appreciate to let WinXP start automatically immediately after successful dialin
another program (e.g. email checker, traffic monitor,...).
How can I achieve this?
Can I call the dialup prgm from command line? In this case I could put everything into a batch script.
