how to destroy CoolWebSearch Troyan horse

I' tested all the actual anti-spyware om the market.
Yesterday i've installed MS AntiSpyware beta 1. After
search and delete oma key in the register CoolWabSearch
still remain in my computer,
Any guy can help me?

Should take care of it. If it asks you if a file is
random, tell it no and come back and ask me about it.

I have tried CWSHREDDER, works only on CoolWebSearch
