how to design a form?

Im trying to design a form for adding my business contacts, but it
wouldn't allow me to do it under the "business contact manager".
But i can successfully do it for other contacts file. Is there any way
to edit the form or design a form under the business contact manager?

As of BCM 2007, you can easily modify forms.

There is a way to do it in BCM 2003, but that's simply not worth bothering
with.
