how to deny domain user from logon to a WinXP PC?

I want to set some domain user can logon to this Winxp pc and others user
cannot, How can I do this ? please help me, thanks!!!

Don't add the domain user accounts to which you want to deny access to
the workstation.

The network administrator can specify which workstations a domain user
may log into. These settings are in the properties of the domain user
account. For further guidance, consult your IT department.
