Well, it's appeared some time after I installed XP and there is kind of a
star in the bar where from the warning comes up. On startup too there is a
warning of the same kind.
Is it possible to get rid of them?

Thank you

And he is a victim of a retailer? We bought computers from a vendor for
a number of years and suddenly he closed his doors. Afterwards a couple
of the last machines purchased from them were marked as pirated even
though they came with the proper MS sticker. Evidently they didn't pay
the license fees to MS and they marked all of the copies as pirated.
Buying another "legitimate" copy means having to buy it twice.

No, you need to buy ONE "legitimate" copy, the first one wasn't. Contact
local authorities for legal recourse.

contact microsoft and tell them what happened. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
They should issue you a valid license. When you buy from a retailer, you are suppsoed to
get good title. Microsoft needs to focus their efforts on the retailer, not on you.

IF no help from MS, get a lawyer.
