How to delete VXD32V.exe

When I start up windows I get an error message. It reads Windows cannot find
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\vxd32v.exe
Any suggestions of how I can delete the message it happened after my virus
checker
could not clean the file and suggested deleting it so I did and since that
this message appears
I have tried to find the file concerned but it does not seem to appear any
were on my PC
Can any one help me
