how to delete the names previously entered in a "Save As" dialog b

....so the future wife doesn't see some of those names I've given to some of
my old porn.........she goes to save a picture...types in a couple of letters
and words spelled similarly pop up...words that make her mad! how can I get
rid of them there of course are hundreds or more......
