How to delete the contents of the OLK1* folders?

Dear friends:

How to delete the contents of the OLK1* folders?

I cannot access it with the Windows Explorer, but I could access it in
a CMD.EXE windows, and I found there a lot of spam attachments that
they could be dangerous.

Is there an automatic procedure (or utility) to delete their contents
periodically? Is it safe to do it? When does Outlook delete that
stuff?

Any hint?
