When i view the folder C:\Documents and Settings\[Your account]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\ the folder seems to be empty. But when i lookup the properties of the folder it says that the folder contains
serveral subfolders and files. And the size on disk is about 100 mb.

How to clean up these folders?

Click Star
Click Ru
Type cmd.ex
Click [OK
Type del /s /q "C:\Documents and Settings\[Your account]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\*.*
Press [Enter

So run winders explorer with the folders option.
When "everything" is deleted from the Temp~ Internet Files directory there are still subdirectories.
You can't see the subdirectories from IN the directory but you can click the little + signs in the
tree view on the left side to keep opening them up to see what's in them or right clicking on them
to delete them. Most likely you'll have to go into Tools/Folder Options/View and make it let you
see all the hidden/system folders and files first tho.
