When I run an Earthlink spyware audit it identifies
spyware running by the name of Spy #b63ad by Research in
Progress. When I run an Earthlink Total Access spyware
scan it finds one item identified as a Java Servlet. I
can disable the one item running but if I restart as
recommended by Earthlink it comes right back, so I select
NO on the restart. It is time consuming to have to run
this scan and disable on every startup. MS Antispyware,
Symantec Internet Security, Spybot Search & Destroy and
Lavasoft Adware do not detect this piece of spyware. I
would like to get rid of it permanently. How? Can MS
Antispyware add this item to the list of items detected
and disabled?
