How to delete Outlook URL history

Hi, I would appreciate some advice on how to remove some website addresses which are showing in the "address bar" thingy, nothing too unwanted I would like to add but if the other half see's them it may spoil a surprise. Can't seem to find out to remove the 3 addresses. If it's not quite straight forward I would really appreciate some "step by step" instructions - I'm not too hot with these things. Thanks a lot, Daren
 
The URL history can be deleted in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab
Preferences-> button Clear History
