How to delete microsoft windows professional

Old friend of mine (85) was asking me to look at their computer because it
is to slow and doing fanny things. I was looking at it and realized that
they have no virus programs, so I installed Ad-Aware and scanned the
computer. I found 64 files infected with various Trojans, spyware and other
things including a virus called Bloodhound. after cleaning with Ad-Aware I
had messages coming up that some files are corrupted. I have asked them to
give me the original windows xp disk to rectify the corrupt files, but they
have lost it. So I got my windows xp professional and put it in to fix the
corrupted files. Now I get new messages to validate the program, which I
don't want because it is validated in my computer. My problem is now that I
can not uninstall the program because it would not let me. I wanted to
format the hard disk and it would not let me do that either. I would
appreciate any help or suggestion to solve this problem

Ad-Aware, though a fine program, is not an anti-virus program and won't do
anything about fixing viruses on a computer. Get an up-to-date anti-virus
program and run it on the computer. This may solve the problems being faced.
 
Purchase a new copy of Windows XP Home Edition
and perform a "Clean Install".

Your tale dosen't have a ring of truth to it?
"an old friend" aged 85???? - HUMBUG!!!!
I suspect it to be a pirated installation, you were silly enough
to do this "installation" with your *own* validated disk, and recent
windows security updates have included the validation tool, and
the pirate installation has been detected, and the "warning pop-up"
is appearing on Both your validated installation, and the "Invalid"
installation on another PC.
You've been caught, lesson learned.
If your tale is true, you will be receiving a phone number on-screen,
All you have to do is dial it with your tale, if they (MS) believe you,
then they will supply the solution..............
