I have 2 PC, both connect to a router to internet.
When I setup Internet Connection Sharing, I choose the
wrong option, "Allow other network users to connect
through this computer's Internet connection".

After the setup is established, I cannot change the option
nor delete this.

How do I delete this?
I heard I have to go into registry..

Since you have a router, you don't need Internet Connection Sharing.

Run the Network Setup Wizard on both PCs. On the "Select a connection
method" screen, tell it "This computer connects to the Internet
through another computer on my network or through a residential
gateway".

To run the Wizard, open the Network Connections folder and click "Set
up a home or small office network".
