how to delete/change contacts saved when e-mailing

When addressing e-mail all contacts starting with 1st letter;e,g, "a"
come up in a box. How do you edit what is stored in your e-mail memory?

You can delete names in the list by highlighting a name in the list and
hitting Delete when it shows up in a drop down.
