I've created a new Personal Folder and now can't delete
it. (It has the automatic Delete Items subfolder, but no
data.)
All "folder delete" buttons are grayed out.
I've tried Microsoft's knowledge base, they say to go to
Control Panel>Mail>Services tab...i have no such tab. I
went to Users, and still no luck.
I'm using Outlook 2000 on Windows ME.

Thanks
John

If you right click on the root of the personal folders, do you see the
option for "Close?"
