How to delete a folder named "` 24651" in XP?

I think my pc was scanned by some damn hacker....and it created a folder
named ` 24651....I tried to delete it, but it always gives me "error
deleting file or folder: cannot delete file: cannot read from source file
or disk"....I don't what the hell I can do about it to get rid of this
shit....Please help me....
