I have a large collection of e-mails I want to delete withour doing it for
each one.
what key strokes do I use
As with any Windows application, shift-click and ctrl-click allow you so
control a range selection. If you have a contiguous list of messages you
with to delete, click on the first and then while holding shift, click on
the second. All of the messages between the two will be selected. You can
then press or click Delete and they'll all be deleted.
To make a non-contiguous range, click on the first message and then while
holding ctrl, click on another message. Both messages will be selected.
Continue ctrl-clicking on additional messages and each on which you click
will be added to the selection. Once you've selected all you wish, press or
click Delete to remove the entire collection of selected messages.
