Hi, I was wondering how you can defragment the pagefile. I'm running Win XP Pro (SP2) and I've got Norton System Works 2003. No virus or spyware problems and I'm not noticing any real slowdown, but on the last defrag, I saw the pagefile had considerable fragments.

If I boot off of the Norton CD can I then defrag that way?

Advice please. Thanks.

Why bother? Are you under the mistaken impression that defragmenting your
page file is going to increase your computer's speed?
