How to defragment a specific drive?

I'd swear I saw the instruction 'defragment this drive' somewhere navigating
around in Vista, but I've lost the bubble. I think it was a right click
action? Otherwise, from the 'Performance Information and Tools' module,Vista
wants to defragment all drives, and I don't want that. Thanks for your help,

Run a command prompt as administrator. Type in defrag /?

You will be presented with a help list that explains how to do what you
want. If after you type the correct syntax, and find it works to your
satisfaction, you can create a desktop shortcut (using the same syntax) that
will do the same thing.
