How to Cut/Paste controls without losing event associations

I wish I knew how to paste controls without losing
their events. I know the event code is there, I mean
losing tie up between the event and the code. It's a real
nuisance when many of my controls have on average 3
events each.

I agree this is a nuisance, but I don't know any way in Access to copy
events along with a control, and I haven't heard of any third party products
that would do it, either. Interestingly, just offhand, it doesn't look as if
it would be "rocket science" to implement.

Of course, if you are creating a new form that will have multiple controls
from the same old one, you can get "a leg up" by copying the form and then
deleting the controls that you don't need.
