Please send me any information on how to cut, copy, and
paste on windows millenium edition. I run a home business
where I need to advertise. It would save me alot of time
posting advertisements.

Thanks,
Stephen Gross

Cut = Ctrl+X
Copy = Ctrl+C
Paste = Ctrl+V

Please note that this is a Windows 2000 command prompt group. This is one
of probably only 2 groups where copying and pasting would NOT be done this
way. I like the irony in this post. The Me groups have .windowsme. in
their names.

First this is a Windows 2000 (NTx) group.
Second, natively Cut/Copy/Paste from a "cmdprompt" is likely not what
you are after anyway.
Third, basic GUI usage should be covered in the OS online help. Most
MS OSs and applications support CTRL+X, CTRL+C and CTRL+V keyboard
shortcuts for the equiv. menu commands (usually the Edit menu) for
clipboard operations.

To have an on topic answer there is licensed under GNU:
http://www.steve.org.uk/Software/clipboard/
and for w9x/ME there is wclip
http://home.mnet-online.de/horst.muc/

Both able to deal with the clipboard in the dos-box/cmd window.

Allowing redirection to/from the clipboard.
