how to customize taskbar clock format?

Does anybody know how to customize the XP taskbar clock
as follows:

- after install you get either hh:mm or HH:mm
- you can change this using Regional Settings
- somehow I ended up with a Taskbat clock like this:

HH:mm
(Weekday)
(Short date format)

I know that my Taskbar is three rows wide and if I set it
back to one row then the last two lines disappear.

But how can I get rid of the last two lines in order to
conserve taskbar width?

Thanks,

Fred

Get the FREE program TClockEx from:-

http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/tclockex/index.htm

It replaces the windows clock and is highly configurable
