Hello:

Would anyone know:

1) is there a way to have the details of the appointment appear in the
resulting HTML? Even though "Include Appt Details" is checked in the dialog,
it does not export the details text, just the title.

2) other than changing the resulting .css, is there a way to customize
generation of the HTML calendar to change colors, fonts, etc? Would anyone
know of a vba script to do this?

thanks very much in advance
Harvey

2) Change the CSS (and a copy) then mark it as read only. If it gets written
over, copy the copy to it... you can use a script to copy the backup copy.

No... unless the items are marked private they should be listed in the right
details pane. I recall other complaints about this, but don't know the cause
or fix.

I think I may have found the answer - the appointment detail is listed under
"Appointment and Event Details" on the right side of the screen, by clicking
the right-pointing arrow underneath the appointment title.

Thanks Diane.
