how to customize "my music" "my pictures" file folder graphic?

I notice that users may "customize" the face of file folders to whatever
..jpg that is chosen, particularly if a user were to include their selected
..jpg graphic and entitled it "folder.jpg" then include w/i the file to be
customized. But how to do this in "my music" and "my pictures" ? And, more
importantly, how to change either "my music" or "my pictures" when XP Home
chooses an inexplicable "choice" itself and the user is left *stuck* w/ it!!

Here are a couple of clues.

My Music uses
IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll
IconIndex=-237
in the desktop.ini

My Pictures uses
IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\mydocs.dll
IconIndex=-101
in the desktop.ini

IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\mydocs.dll
IconIndex=1
and
IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\mydocs.dll
IconIndex=-101
appear to be the same icon.
