How to customize defaults in Pivot Table Values

Hello,

In the pivot table field list, whenever I create a new pivot table and I am
inserting fields into the value area, I always get as default field setting
the 'Count' value. I would like to change this default to say the 'Sum'
value.
Is this possible ?

In a pivot table, you can't change the default function. If there are
blank cells, or cells with text, in the column, Excel will default to
the Count function when the field is added to the data area.

If the column contains only numbers, it should default to Sum.
