How to create text shadows in access 2007

How can I create text shadows in access 2007 controls such as labels or text
boxes? In previuos versions of access it was "Edit, Duplicate" what is the
equivalent in access 2007?

Although the Duplicate command is not on the ribbon, the old keyboard
shortcut Alt-E-L still works.
