how to create still pictures

How do you create still pics from a movie if there is no 'camera' button
available?
or if it doesnt work?

1) Import the movie into Windows Movie Maker 2.
2) Click on the movie in the Collections view.
3) Use the preview controls to position on the frame you want as a still
picture.
4) There should be a little camera icon at the bottom right of the preview
window. When you point at this icon a pop up balloon message should say
"Take Picture".
5) Click on the camera icon to save the frame as a jpg image.

I also use irfan view...

either way works and it is good to have stills to place on your page
where the movie link is!
