I would like to create a recurring calendar entry that occurs every three
weeks for a year, but have each event be a single entry instead of a series.
The reason is as time goes by we need to make changes (several people
involved) and I dont want them to make changes to the series, just the
individual event they are concerned with.

Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment for Outlook at www.websetters.co.uk.
This will provide you with the ability to schedule appointments in exactly
the manner you require.

Also be aware that version II is scheduled for release next month which
further enhances the benefits over version I.

Features and examples of version II can also be found at our web site but it
include the following.

The website also provides details on a free upgrade to version 2 for all
licensed users of version 1.

a.. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment I plus
b.. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c. Specify which days of the week will be part of the repeat pattern, you
can schedule an appointment to occur every 5 days but only include Monday,
Wednesday and Friday in the five day count.
d. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
e. Configure up to four time zones so that when an appointment is set, you
can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal for
setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
f. Set different appointment times for some appointments in the Repeat
Group

.....and more

Register for a free evaluation of WS:Repeat Appointment I at
www.websetters.co.uk or contact us at (e-mail address removed) if you would
like to receive the newsletter showing full details of WS:Repeat Appointment
II.

Thank you. This is great. I bought your product. But I have an additional
issue with it. This problem is an issue with a shared callendar, shared by 30
engineers that all need the ability. They all wont buy individual licenses,
and my company will not buy it either. Is there a way to do this just within
outlook?

Please send your query to (e-mail address removed) and someone should be
able to assist in answering your specific question.

Regards
Graeme
