Is there a way to setup a password for an entire profile
in Outlook 2002? Or, can I combine 3 internet email
accounts in 1 .pst? When I added the three accounts, it
set up 3 different pst's in addition to the main pst.

As it is now, it appears I'd have to type in 4 different
passwords upon opening Outlook if I want them all password
protected.

I'm using ME so I can't just set up separate users like I
could in XP.

I'm hoping there's any easier way.

I have already added the mail accounts the way that you
said. They are under the same profile, but it still
creates a separate PST for each of them. I can add a
password to each individual PST meaning I have to type in
4 passwords total before I can get into the profile.

What I would like to know is - if there is a way to
password protect the profile itself rather than the
individual PSTs OR if I there is a way to set it up so
that each of the mail accounts goes into ONE pst rather
than 3 individual ones.

Thank you,

Charisma

That's very odd...it should not create a new .PST for each account you
add in Tools | E-mail Accounts. Can you please list the exact steps you
took to add these accounts, and where it is telling you that each has
its own .PST?
