how to create My Document in Desktop

by default, Windows OS will create My Computer, My Network
Places, My Document System Folder on the Desktop to
server "as a shortcut".

But My Document is missing from the Desktop. How do i
restore back? I don't want to create a shortcut for that.

Another Problem is when i'm in Window Explorer in the
Right Panel on the left hand side that displays

when i click any one of them, it just doesn't take me
